The front office folks are in 8:00 - 5:00 Mon.-Fri. except on holidays ... the rest of us work all the time. :-)    Call us on the main phone # 512-259-1585 ... best not to leave a message, just call back.   If you call after-hours, one of our crack machinists will end up answering the phone but they can't track your package from the shop floor.   Or better yet, e-mail us at [email protected].    And since you're already here on our website,  then e-mailing us is easy.

• We try our darndest to get your order out the same day you order,  but we ain't nowhere near as good as Cabela's yet and so we sometimes drop the ball and get it out the next day or so.  If we've run out of stock and you get back-ordered, then it's best to holler at the front office folks and see if they have any idea as to when we're going to be machining the next batch.
   
• Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping service. Your final shipping and handling amount will be displayed before you place your order.
