I had to wait a little while to receive my hat as these were backordered. But that's ok, this hat is worth the wait. These are made in the U.S.A. by Outdoor Research, but instead of the Outdoor Research logo printed on the hat, LaRue's logo is embroidered on the hat. I really wanted the Coyote colored hat but it was not available on LaRue's page....maybe in the future ? ... Great hats !!

I’ve purchased a few dozen of these over the years and that’s not because I needed more than one black and one tan. They randomly disappear on hunting trips with friends or I’m unable to get them back once I lend them out to buddies who didn’t come prepared for the cold; once they’re on their heads, they don’t come off. They are extremely comfortable, low profile, everything you need and nothing you don’t in a warm beanie. Buy at least three or you’ll end up with none if you have friends like mine.
