Great Mount. I owned this same model before and loved it. I've experimented with other mounts and this is the one I come back to. FOR ME it puts the light right where I need it. I use a stubby pistol grip and mount the light in the 4 O'clock position. The mount locks my light in rock solid and yet is easily removed. If you want the best mount available LaRue is worth the cost. Shipping was AMAZINGLY fast !!! I'm in Texas so they didn't have to ship far but they shipped immediately! The little extras they include are nice too.

Amazing mount. Exactly what I was looking for. I preferred a Surefire P2X Pro, since it has a low, and high beam. Bought this mount, and wow it's a brick. Takes a beating and holds up nicely, as like all other Larue mounts. Highly recommended, and gets the job done! Another amazing product from Larue.

This mount solved a problem that I had on a 7" AR pistol, namely a lack of rail space. The offset mount gave me the following: 1) maximized forearm free space and minimized slot usage to allow a solid C-clamp grip on the remainder of the forearm, 2): positioned the light up high so that thumb activation of a Surefire P2X Fury requires minimal hand movement yet keeps it out of the way when gripping the forearm. Before I found this mount, I thought that I would need to have a custom mount created to fit my requirements. The quad rail on my AR pistol is short - 5-7/8". The first 1-1/4" of the rail is used to provide a QD mount, so it was critical that the mount use minimal space. The LT606 uses a single slot for mounting, covers 2 more slots, and spans across exactly 4 slots (1-3/8"). The alignment lug on the mount is positioned so that the front edge of the mount lines up with the leading edge of the "land", to borrow a bore term, just in front of the slot that the lug sits in. Using a standard QD sling mount is possible, but it's a tight fit between the sling and the mount. I have a small profile D-ring QD sling mount that fits the space perfectly. Without the low profile of the LT606's "riser" area, manipulation of the sling mount would have been difficult or impossible. When in the locked position, the lever is far enough forward that it does not interfere with my grip. The leading edge of the "riser" area is not low enough to allow a sling mount's ring to pass over it. This would be my only criticism of the mount. I say "would be" because it appears that making that area any lower/thinner might compromise the strength of the mount. The sling ring will bang into the mount on my setup, but that's okay. I'll easily get my money's worth out of the mount before it's damaged enough to require replacement. Lock up of the mount is rock solid, typical LaRue quality.

Best light mount out there with the Quality I have come to expect from LaRue Tactical.

Haven't put together yet, but I'm sure it has the high quality that all the Larue products have.

I chose this offset mount over the standard mount and I'm glad I did. I prefer to not run tape switches for lights, and this mount places the on/off switch exactly where I wanted it. Thanks again for another quality product Larue!

This is a very high quality mount, comes off easy with no tools would like to see LaRue build a mount like this where you could mount the rings on either side so the light can go to the left side and have the cam lever fold to the rear, also different colors would be nice like FDE and OD.
